Arrow (“we”, “us”) is a brand and growth studio. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: full name, company, email address, the service you’re asking about, budget range, and any project details you include. Fields marked optional can be left blank.

We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. The only cookies this site sets are session cookies used to keep an admin signed in to the content management panel — these are not set for ordinary visitors browsing the public pages.

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we’re a good fit for your project. We don’t sell your information to third parties, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing you haven’t asked for.

Submissions are stored in a Postgres database (hosted by Supabase) with row-level security enabled. Only authenticated Arrow team members can read submitted inquiries — the data is not publicly accessible.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@arrowsolutions.online. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
